Managed Print Services
Our Managed Print Service Programs are customized to your specific needs. We offer a variety of new or refurbished makes and models for you to purchase or lease. Copy centers within the office are taking the place of desktop printing at individual work stations and a single machine can now produce color, monochrome, faxes, and scans. Most can store data and forms to cut back on paper costs.
Options
You may choose to purchase or lease a printer/copier. Copier and all-in-one machines can be more expensive to purchase, but they replace multiple devices within your office, providing overall efficiency and cost reduction. We also offer a lease program which alleviates the large up-front capital requirement - and best of all – provides protection against technology obsolescence – you will not get caught with an out of date and hard to service machine again!
Fees
We charge a single “Per Click” fee for leased and owned machines. This includes toner, maintenance supplies, and service. The only thing you provide is paper! For your convenience, our Managed Print Service program offers a feature to monitor device performance, status, and usage. This feature allows us to be proactive in our service to your machine.
